Electricity Saving: Pavilion Residences prides is having 100% LED light fixtures in all newly renovated units and also having changed the lightings in 90% of the common elements to LED. Our progressive movement towards a 100% LED building is set to be achieved by 2020.
Water Saving: Pavilion residences is continuously moving towards a greener operations and have initiated it overall water saving by installing high efficiency toilet in all newly renovated units and or those that could use a new toilet as a result of tear and wear.
Gas Saving: Pavilion Residences has confirmed the purchase of a high efficiency boiler system to be installed in late spring of 2018, the new system is expected to heat the radiator waters and also the domestic hot water tanks at 96% efficiency.
